The Carlson Organization invests primarily in multi-family and commercial properties with a buy, hold, and rent strategy. Our goal is to find the 'diamond in the rough' in distressed or poorly managed properties, invest the time and money into renovating them, and rent to great people.
Apartment Buildings
We target apartment buildings in the 5-20 unit range.
Low-Density Commercial
While our primary focus is on multi-tenant apartment buildings, we also invest in low-density commercial buildings that provide jobs and services to the local communities where are residential properties reside.
Distressed Single Family Homes
We find and repair distressed single-family houses. Improving the value of the community with beautiful homes with affordable rent for hardworking, low-income families.
